South Side loves the East Side
This past Saturday, the South Side Sanctuary was in full-form, printing tees and posters onsite for the East Side Remix party at the Compound. Sponsored by Big Green House Presents and Vinyl Entertainment, the party was a celebration of the new Black and White Years record, featuring remixes by local Austin DJ's Manny, Claude 9 and Bigface. The Black and White Years performed, as well as local indie-dance group Built By Snow.
FC+ and South Side Sanctuary brought their mobile screen-printing unit that is able to print tees and posters onsite. The Sanctuary printed 500 t-shirts and 100 posters for the event, which were all given away for free courtesy of Philips and UndiscoveredAustin.com.
Additionally, the Sanctuary set up a booth where our line of limited edition tees were sold. After the show, the Black and White Years stopped by and picked up some tees. Below, L-R: John Aldridge in Seperation, Billy Potts in Pink Swan, Landon Thompson in Grover Lightning, and Scott Butler in Chicken.
Jon Pattillo designed the poster for the event, as well as a special edition poster for UndiscoveredAustin.com, both featured below:
