From the window of FC+

I'm not sure if you have this problem as well, but I work directly in front of a window at the FC+ offices. I know, I know...not all of us are lucky enough to have a window "office." But please, let me tell you- windows in your line of sight while you are trying to write a press release are not always beneficial.

There is a smallish oak tree in front of this window that the squirrels are quite partial to. We've even nicknamed one of the squirrels, a friend called "Skinny Earl." He used to be quite thin before he started munching on the compost in the backyard, but since he's gained a few grams, I just call him Earl.

So, this tree is the palace du jour of all of my furry compatriots. I stare at them while they chase each other up and down, batting their tails in my direction. I never truly noticed how quickly they can run up a tree. It's quite astounding.

They are cute, aren't they?
